Aylin Küçük is a painter based in Norwich, UK. After completing a BA in Painting at Kocaeli University Faculty of Fine Arts, she continued her practice through an MA in Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts, where her work developed from figurative painting towards abstraction. Working primarily with large-scale oil paintings, her practice explores the relationship between gesture, material, light, and perception.

Rooted in studio-based research, her work investigates how painting can communicate experiences that exist beyond language. Through slow, intuitive processes and an ongoing dialogue with material, she creates works that invite sustained attention, contemplation, and a deeper awareness of presence. Her current research expands painting beyond the canvas, exploring how light, space, and scenographic environments can transform painterly experience into an immersive encounter.
